Last Train to Dover

| Steve Guyger first made a name for himself by traveling with legendary Jimmy Roger’s Chicago Blues Band for almost thirteen years. He also worked and recorded with the great blues pianist Dave Maxwell and drummer Willie Big Eyes Smith. He currently leads his own band in the Philadelphia area. Steve has yet to reach the national acclaim he deserves, but has been known to blues lovers and harp players for years. Steve plays the blues like it’s supposed to be played: lowdown and lonesome. It’s about being true to the spirit of the blues; that’s what Steve Guyger is about.
”This (Last Train To Dover) is a must-have for the blues collector. Enjoy! Guyger is clearly carrying the torch onward” - Tom Ellis III... Blues Access
”Steve Guyger is possibly the greatest unknown blues talent in North America” - Andy Grigg... Real Blues |
