 Masaai Moves Reminds Me Oliver Lake Quintet reunites Oliver Lake with pianist Geri Allen. Vibraphonist Jay Hoggard is also featured on this CD along with Beldon Bullock on acoustic bass & Cecil Brooks III on drums. This quintet was recorded after a one week engagement at Sweet Basil's night cub in NYC, as a result the music is very tight! We think this is one of the strongest contributions in his recording career. |
