I am a Shirley Horn super fan, as was Miles Davis. Superb musican and singer with amazing phrasing and timing. This LP captures Shirley at her best with her 25 year band intact, she soars with songs that are very rare for her to sing like the teriffic Bill Wither's hit, Grandma's Hands. This is an essential buy while you can at the Jazz Lofts amazingly low prices. This company gets my highest recommendation for superb customer service and attention.
