This double CD was recorded live at the Ljubljana Music Festival in Slovenia, June 28, 2000. Composition n. 169 was arranged for four saxophonists (Anthony Braxton, James Fei, Chris Jonas, and Jackson Moore) and strings from Slovenia Radio Orchestra. All four saxophonists doubled as conductors. In addition to the notated composition n.169 the performance was augmented by three "Ghost Trance" structures. This work is yet another confirmation that the imagination of a true visionary knows no bounds. Liner notes by Anthony Braxton.
