Vocalist Ineke van Doorn, trumpet-player Eric Vloeimans and guitarist Marc van Vugt, made 'live'-recordings of their music in which chance and spontaneity play a big part. On this cd they give their own original interpretation of a number of jazz-standards. Without any arrangement they go on stage where they take turns as soloist and accompanist. They do this with such ease and flexibility that it's not always clear anymore who's playing which role. Besides it's the first time Vandoorn can be heard extensively interpreting the work of others.
