This CD comprises the complete "Ben & Sweets" 1962 session, including all existing alternate takes. As a bonus to this outstanding album, which appears here in its entirety for the first time on a single CD, we have added all of the tracks featuring solos by Ben Webster from a very rare LP released under the leadership of guitarist Mundel Lowe. The album contains a selection of tunes from Gershwin's Porgy & Bess, arranged by the superlative guitarist.
