Recorded at Jazz Festival Willisau on 3 September 1988. Strength, harmony and an incredible lightness—something like the two curved lines of the Eiffel Tower that rise up and meet way up in the sky. That's the image I have of our duo. Knowing Jimmy and playing with him is an enormous privilege for me, and one I have come to appreciate more and more over the years and during the time I've spent with him.
