Aida, a unique audiovisual experience by I Company. Recorded live in 2001. This arrangement of Verdi's "opera of opera's" forms a new stage in the multilateral repertoire of jazz group I Compani. An intensely personal and original arrangement using styles that didn't exist in Verdi's time: blues, jazz, tango, circus music, loaded with improvisations and samples. The result... moving duets, languishing arias, rumbling war sounds and swinging up-tempos!
