The great pianist Jessica Williams, who is joined by bassist Dave Captein and drummer Mel Brown, is swinging and typically witty on these explorations. Even the ballads ... Full Descriptionhave enough forward momentum to always hold onto one's attention. Among the highlights are "You Don't Know What Love Is," "Blue Miles," "Mr. Johnson," and "Simple Things."
