Do Drugs is Laura Toxvaerd's second album. Her first cd Laura Toxvaerd No.l was chosen to be on Top 5 best debut albums zoo T by AllAboutJazz-NY.

A great deal of the tunes on the cd are composed with inspiration from works by Charlie
Parker. But the music as a whole is a mix of genres with free associations in a concrete as well
as in a dreamy way - like the cover painting created by the London.based artist Carlo Keshishian.

Laura Toxvaerd has recorded with John Tchicaiand Anderskov Accident and she composes graphic scores published and exhibited in the U.S. ln zoog she was one out of only three composers selected for the prestigious three-year working scholarship of the Danish Arts Council.
