"This was one of those experiences where Stefan Pasborg and I met Peter Friis-Nielsen on the corner of a street in downtown Copenhagen and an hour later we were in the studio recording. I spoke to Peter on the phone a few times, we had to change a few things around as he was busy with several projects and was leaving for Berlin. We just went to John Formstads studio and literally plugged in and played no rehearsals, just systems go, it was a high octane session, Freudian in the sense that we covered a lot of terrain from the musical past, Peter stretched into meridians where he had not resided in many years, we tried out new concepts, sometimes a little prompt from a corner would set the next tune up and Stefan's energy constantly propelled the music which was reinvigorated time after time.
