Here Roach is joined by Cecil Bridgewater on trumpet, Billy Harper on tenor sax, and Reggie Workman on bass - and while this is a stellar session all around, Workman's bass playing is simply jaw-dropping. However, it is Roach himself who ultimately steals the show, performing some calisthenics on the drums that will literally send chills down your spine!
