Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify Customer Service within 30 days and follow the instructions below. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge.  Defective items must be returned prior to receiving a refund.  Defective items will be replaced at no charge to you.  For overseas orders, defective items will be sent with your next order.  For non-defective returns, refunds will be reduced by the shipping charges.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is unopened we will be happy to exchange it for you. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. No COD returns will be accepted.  Headphones and accessories are only returnable if unopened and in new condition.  Defective headphones and accessories can be replaced within 30 days.  After 30 days, you should contact the manufacturer.  
Special orders and opened Vinyl LPs are non-returnable unless defective. We ship all vinyl in perfect condition.  Unless it is requested to ship the vinyl outside the jacket, we cannot be responsible for cover splits during shipping.  Unless defective, vinyl cannot be returned if opened.  Pressings vary from company to company and we cannot guarantee the pressing quality of each album.  We try very hard to only carry reputable labels known for audiophile pressings. 

Prior to returning merchandise to us, contents must be well packaged to assure safe arrival. Product must be unopened, and in re-sellable condition. We recommend using the original packaging for shipment.  Items returned will be subject to a shipping reduction if originally shipped with free shipping.
Please follow these simple steps to ensure your fast returns and appropriate new shipment or credit.
  1. Contact Customer Service
    You must contact Customer Service to obtain authorization. Returns cannot be accepted without it. You may contact Customer Service in either of the following two ways:

    Please include the following information as part of your email or fax.
    • Order confirmation number
    • Your name
    • Your e-mail address
    • Your phone number
    • Product Name
    • Reason for return
If you do not receive your order after being notified that it has been shipped, a claim must be made within 60 days.
